One more Chinese New Year picture…. Blossom, the pride and joy of the Spring Festival, representing a year of prosperity through rebirth and new growth. I fell in love with this little lady slurping her noodles in her street market garden.

I love Hong Kong over Chinese New Year the streets become a wash of colour with in particular 1000s of orange trees lining the streets given as gifts to represent “abundance” and “good fortune”

It was my birthday on the 3rd and a friend that knows me too well made this rose tea flavoured cake with crystallised petal shell. It was a dream come true!
